Plain-language terms for using the FSWA website and the FSWA on-chain programs.
Last updated
By using www.fswa.fun or interacting with the FSWA programs through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any that restrict blockchain or NFT activity.
FSWA is experimental software under active development. This deployment targets Solana devnet. Devnet SOL and devnet NFTs are test assets with no monetary value. Pools, positions, and programs may be reset, paused, or redeployed at any time without notice, and anything held in them may be lost as a result.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, investment advice, or a promise of any return. FSWA is not a wallet, an exchange, a custodian, or a broker. Positions and the share of fees they earn are features of the protocol, not products sold by FSWA.
You control your keys. The site proposes transactions to your wallet and nothing executes until you approve it there. Blockchain transactions are final: FSWA cannot reverse, refund, or alter them, and cannot recover assets sent to the wrong address.
Randomness is produced on-chain. Neither FSWA nor any depositor can choose which position a purchase receives.
The site and the programs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSWA and the people who build it are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or the programs, including losses caused by bugs, network outages, wallet software, third-party services, or your own mistakes.
The site relies on services FSWA does not control: Solana RPC providers, MagicBlock ephemeral rollups, the Phantom wallet, and Vercel hosting. Each has its own terms, and FSWA is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
These terms may change as the project evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
